YOLE strawberry bark




INGREDIENTS

  • Large Yolebox

  • 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • Sliced strawberries and/or any other fruits

  • Chocolate chips, cos why not?


PREPARATION

  • Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt in a large mixing bowl; whisk thoroughly

  • Spread mixture to an even texture onto a tray line with baking sheet

  • Top with strawberries, chocolate chips

  • Garnish on top with nuts, pecans (if you’d like)

  • Freeze for 3 hours, or until firm

  • Cut into pieces, serve and enjoy!
